02

02/ let's chat

Once we’re good to go, I’ll send over a link to book a casual discovery call—think of it like a virtual coffee hangout. No pressure, just a chance for us to vibe. I’ll want to hear all about you two—your love story, your vision, what you’re not looking for in a photographer, and what makes your connection so unique. I’ll be taking notes to make sure I understand exactly what you’re looking for.

03

03/ lock it in

If we click, we’ll move forward with a signed contract and deposit to officially book me for your day!

04/ let's get organized

I’ll send over an itinerary template for you to fill out with the details about your event. Don’t worry—it’s super chill and just helps me know the flow of your day and any special moments you want captured.

04

05/ final check-in

A few weeks before the big day (about 2-4 weeks), we’ll hop on one last call to go over everything, make sure we’re 100% aligned, and iron out any last-minute details.

THE PROCESS

The earlier, the better! Weddings can book up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date locked in. But don’t worry—if you're a little last minute, still feel free to reach out, and I’ll see what I can do!

How far in advance should we book?

That depends on your day! Most couples go with 8-10 hours, but we can chat about your schedule during our consultation call to figure out what works best for you. I’ll be there for the moments that matter most.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

I shoot digital, but I love editing my photos to give them that nostalgic, film-like vibe. I can also throw in a few rolls of actual film if you’re interested!

Do you shoot film or digital?

You’ll get a curated gallery with all the best moments, but not every single shot. I’ll make sure you get all the good stuff—every meaningful glance, hug, and tear—but I’ll also cut out the blurry or unflattering ones.

Do we get all the photos you take?

It takes about 3-5 months to receive your full gallery. I know waiting is hard, so I’ll send you a sneak peek within a few days to give you a taste of your day while you wait!

How long does it take to get our photos back?

You can expect anywhere between 800-1200 photos from your event. I’ll make sure to capture every important moment, from the big celebrations to the quiet, intimate moments in between.

How many photos will we get?

Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other before the big day. We can go to a location that means something to you, or just shoot somewhere chill that reflects your vibe.

Can we add an engagement session?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a local wedding or a destination adventure, I’m always down to travel. Let’s make it happen—just let me know where and when!

Do you travel for weddings?

You’ll receive a high-quality, online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. I’ll also provide you with a print release so you can make your own prints if you want!

How do we get our photos?

I do! I can bring on a second shooter if you’d like extra coverage, especially for larger weddings or if you want more angles during key moments.

Do you work with a second shooter?

No worries—I'm prepared for anything! I've got backup gear, and I'm experienced with handling unexpected situations. Your day is in good hands, and I’ll roll with whatever comes our way.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

I keep it authentic and timeless. My editing style leans toward a nostalgic, film-like look, with soft tones and natural colors. I want your photos to feel like memories, not just images. I aim to capture the realness and emotions of the moment, and I love giving my photos a slightly faded, organic vibe that takes you back to how you felt in that moment. It’s all about keeping it real and creating something that stands the test of time.

What is your editing style?
